Construction Report as of February 2008

We are pleased to inform you that as of 15 February 2008, the project accomplishment for One Central Park (Tower 3) and Eastwood Park Hotel & Residential Suites (Tower 4) are 56.00% and 42.00% respectively. Concreting works are completed for Tower 3 and Tower 4, both buildings are topped-off at 39th deck level. Interior masonry works are substantially complete while wall partitioning and water proofing works are ongoing on the upper levels. On going architectural works are installation of doors, windows, masonry, plastering and painting. Other works include electro-mechanical fixings on pace with the ongoing civil works.

the Parkview towers are they painted already because the color scheme is a bit odd?

Yes. And those were the original colors shown in the renderings.

We are pleased to inform you that as of 30 November 2008, the overall project accomplishment for One Central Park (Tower 3) and Eastwood Park Hotel & Residential Suites (Tower 4) are 79.50% and 57.40% respectively. Concreting works are completed for both Tower 3 and Tower 4. Ongoing works include CHB laying, exterior plastering, painting works and installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures.

Concreting works are completed for both Tower 3 and Tower 4. Ongoing works for Tower 3 includes tile & ceiling works, dry wall partitioning, installation of kitchen cabinets & bedroom closets, lavatory works while for Tower 4 current works include CHB laying, exterior plastering, painting works and installation electrical and plumbing fixtures, aluminum doors and windows, interior finishing works, waterproofing works, painting and elevator works.

On-going works for Tower 3 includes tile works, dry wall partitioning & ceiling works, installation of bedroom closets & kitchen cabinets, and lavatory works while for Tower 4 current works include CHB laying, exterior plastering, painting works and installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures, aluminum doors and windows, interior finishing works, waterproofing works and elevator works.
