BASEL | Dreispitz Nord | 160m | 135m x 2 | Pro

Redevelopment of a Mall and Parking lot into a mixed typology residential are with mall and roof top park.
Winners of the competition are local architects Herzog & De Meuron

The landowner and the current user jointly propose to build several towers and a redeveloped mall on the current lot mostly used as a parking lot.

In two years the plan should go before parliament.

The area will be further developed adjacent to the rail yards on both sides.
