Great! The central "core" or central frame is very visible now!

Remember temperature has no effect on burning skin, that is all about sun power and temperature has no inluence on that.

Yes, that's why you can burn your skin while you are skiing Sun power direct and reflected by the snow

I just saw on the telly it's gonna be 94F on Wednesday. We only hit 90F three times all last summer and we've already reached that benchmark. Yikes!

Some people say that maybe there is too much glass coming up in NY. I think that area should be all glassy and glitzy. Its Times Square damn it!! Im gonna go back in a few years when these new lot of towers are done. Cant wait to see em!!

I love glass, and I think that never there are enough buildings featuring glass facades!

There is no such thing as too much glass... Specially if is done with good taste and high quality...

Its really shooting up. Its nice to see real progress being made.

I think the design would be better with a taller building of the same design and no spire. The shorter building with no spire would look okay but stunted, but with a taller building it would look good without the spire.

Fits NY great. But the cheating spire is still quite annoying.

I agree with everything you said. It would be cool if the decided to eliminate the spire and build up to where the top of the spire was supposed to be.

Great update! Thanks a lot! I really love steel structures! Are so complex, and so simple at the same time! The platform for the crane is also stunning!
