Unique design especially with the tower. But I heard that the roof was a big mess, was supposed to be retractable but instead they put tarp on top. |

6/10 -- a low score only because the building shows its advanced aging -- I like how it leans right toward my bedroom window about 1Km away.
A few years ago, I read a statistic on it showing that it's this city's tallest building at something like 765 feet -- oh well. Cheers, Chris |
