What is with the green-tinted glass render though? The developers even used it on site whereas huge sheaths of glass don't seem to be headed that way at all.

Am I missing something?

Well two new buildings visible from Bryant Park are nearly complete. This and Bryant Park Tower. Soon we will see a third, BofA start to rise.

Great shape, good facade but still too common looking for NY skyline IMO.
