How many meters? Will this be the tallest in Saigon if built?

My guess is 220m.

It reminds a bit of a building in Riyadh, but upside down.

It seems to be situated very good aswell, in the circular traffic spot not far from Dhon Khoy. Saigon is a city of the future, with a lot of history and old beautiful buildings. One of the most historical major cities in SE Asia (and the heart and soul of Vietnam).

Love it.

saigon buildings tend to be skinny...all the low-level buildings at street-level are narrow...even the homes...it's a distinct vietnamese architectural style i believe.

At least - The Financial Tower is 272m so judging by AsiaBoyz future skyline, Saigon Plaza looks about 250m - you planning to draw this one as well Nightsky?

This is far from my previous impression of Ho Chi Minh City - I didn't expect such a great skyline and fantastic projects like this & Financial Tower in Vietnam - let's just hope they both get up.
