Nice. Very nice indeed. Adds that little something to Kowloon that is so desperately needed. I give it a 9/10.

The slim side really gives it a super-tall look, and the back side has something of the Lloyds of London. Good. The sea-facing wide side is ugly. The cladding is standard for a HK apartment block. Means very bad. But it doesn't show too much on this back side. Escapes with an above average mark, thanks to good height.
