Keep in mind that they initially said these towers are going to be the tallest buildings in Pakistan. They are nowhere near there. They would hardly probably be the tallest building in Lahore, and that too for a short while.
Anyway, Nice addition to City's architecture.
Can't wait to see them shining.

Btw, Admiror. Pakistan's tallest currently isn't over 35. So this will be the tallest building, until the other highrises are built.

the buildings arent looking very good, if you take the blue light away and see the tower in day it would look like an ordinary building.

Much has been said and written about the bustling construction activities but the ground reality is that no construction activity hasn't been started yet. May it be Flattis, PC hotel or SZ complex. As far as SZ complex is concerned LDA hasn't received any design for approval which clearly states the pace of progress being made so far by the management of SZ complex. Similar is the story of PC & Flattis.

Yaar SZ complex will need more than two months to be designed. Also construction of PC Tower's base has already started (It had issues with some conservatives but later PC tower was approved) . And 4B Marketing (Buyers of Faletti) have asked companies to propose designs for their project and the selected design will be sent to LDA by Fall this year.

I dont see any reason to believe that Pakistan is not going through the beginings of a building boom. When I went to Pakistan, I saw construction everywhere. New Houses, new malls (small ones though). I must have seen atleast 5 different construction places in Rawalpindi alone. This is small scale stuff, the large scalee construction must be following in line..

Its sad how people post without knowing facts. Had you been more aware, you'd know that, there was a minor dispute between the LDA, and the Arab investor, due to which construction did not begin. The LDA asked the Arab to give Rs. 200m in deposit, which he wasn't willing to deposit, but now the issue has been resolved, and construction would begin soon.

Please get facts, and news, before posting blindly, without knowledge.

It's called Sheikh Zayed Centre because the people that are building/financing are Emaratis... besides of all the world leaders, I believe Sheikh Zayed (Late) is the most respected amongst Pakistani masses.

No its in Lahore, Pakistan. Sheikh Zayed Road is in Dubai, UAE.

It has been named Sheikh Zayed Complex/Centre in the momory of the late Sheikh Zayed, he had died just weeks before this project was announced.
