London (LU , DLR and NR trains)
Glasgow(midget + trains)

(too many underground sections on the UK that I can't name)
(a couple of France's metros that I don't even remember where they were (I was too small a child))

If you don't know if Milan metro is a full metro... it is a full metro!
If you meant you've been on an underground infrastructure with railway trains, maybe you've been on Passante Ferroviario: where suburban train lines run on... infact that is not metro, but Suburban Railway

(other places in italy)
Other places in Italy after Rome and Milan with a metro web (or single line) are Napoli, Torino, Genova, Catania

Metro-like systems in Palermo, Perugia and Bari... I don't know if this list could help you

List of Metros I've Used...

Americas:

New York
Boston
Washington DC
BART (SF/Berkeley)
Los Angeles (yes, it has one!)
Montreal
Mexico City

Europe:

London
Paris
Berlin
Milan
Rome
Hamburg
Vienna

Asia:
Delhi
Kuala Lumpur
Singapore
Calcutta/Kolkata

Have a soft spot for Delhi (hometown, and a very spiffy system) and London (nostalgia, plus such coverage! but so expensive), Boston (horribly run, but quirky as hell), but overall the most amazing, frequent, extensive and CHEAP system I have used is Mexico City's.
