Very energy efficient and very nice design!!!
I read an article in an engineering magazine that the building is going to achieve the US Green Building Council's 'gold rating' in terms of energy efficiency. A related article: http://archrecord.construction.com/i.../0411Green.asp |

Bravo on creating this thread. Not only is this a very large scraper, but it integrates very well with the ground level, something the large skyscrapers of other cities definitely do not.

Great design. Wow that is a deep hole. How many underground floors does it have.

I love the way this tower looks. Has a unique shape and design, it's also good to see that it's gonna be an energy efficient building. Finding ways to use less electricity is always good. What's the point of wasting enery if it's not gonna get you anywhere.

Many of the renders I don't think are doing this one justice. I reckon it will look much better in real life. It's going to really lift that part of town up too, wedged between pretty mundane boxes.
The cladding will make of brake this one (as with most scrapers), but I have a feeling it is going to be quite sheer indeed. Many of us will be watching its development. Thanks Carlos.

Is it definite that is an antenna on top and not a spire? There has been some confusion with it.
