Wait, so the projecting glass part at the top is just an empty decorative thing? Otherwise you wouldn't be able to see the spire through it.

I believe the top will have some sort of green feature or something like that.

Sweet building, looks like NYC has got some nice buildings going up once again. Great addition. Can anyone tell me what was there on this site before? More of the same lowrise that can be seen on the april 28th update shot?

That's what the whole point of NYC is, buildings. Isn't it already filled with skyscrapers? Why not replace the old ones and open spaces with bigger and better skyscrapers.

It does look similar to a smaller Freedom Tower.
