NYTimes and BOA are a couple blocks away from eachother. Like midtown needs any more density. Theyll be two of the tallest in the city as well.

that rendering looks a bit short, the buildings roof will be 948 feet i believe, but in that picture it doesnt seem that much taller than the verizon building. Hmmmm.

i dont see it, but if it does look short its just the angle. it is not 948, it is 945ft.

it looks pretty ****** massive if ya ask me. you can see the verizon sign reflecting off of it. too bad it wont be like that when its up there. that whole building is getting re-clad(ded?).
