The building looks good, but New York looks too crowded. NY buildings are placed so closely together, everything on the ground level is in shadow. They should leave more space between the buildings like those in Dubai.

thats the nature of Manhattan, plus you gotta demolish alot of buildings before you start.

Dubai has tons of open space, very luxurious.

Two different places man.

Its going to look astonishing when it is done, it would be cool if it would beat the empire state building in height, the only building i know of that did or will beat it is the Freedom Tower and all due repects the Original World Trade Center.

Packed in together is better since it's much more walkable that way (although to a certain limit, you don't want it to feel too claustrophobic).

its Conde Nast.

BOA is going left of CN, in front of the Verizon building you see, as seen in the picture, and will be MASSIVE.

Thank you, and the photo you choose was nice, it shows how large it will be compared to many other buildings.

I love this building so much and the only bad thing is that its in a very dense area. Its so nice it would be a great centerpeice for a smaller city. But I still think is belongs in New York.

True but it makes midtown look creepy than what you see, with all the radio tower, gothic buildings, if it wasnt for the sites, i think midtown would be very creepy.

Actually, I live in a small town, where I am fortunate to live close to both cities - hence why you see updates for construction in NY and Philly every week.

As for restaurants and the like, I'm single - so when I am on a date, I get to chose the city and the restaurant.
