The really old building which are truely landmarks will not go down...NO WAY..
I think there is a lot of old '60/70 buildings that are ugly enough to come down IMHO..
And they will give nyc the space again that it needs for even better (and hopefully taller) buildings

The design had nothing to do with the FT, and I actually liked the original design a lot better than the current one.
