Another one with a glass blade on the roof? Christ that is a popular design at the moment.
Still a very nice building . I'm hoping to get to New York next spring....and get a proper look at that stunning skyline .

This will be one of my NY favorites! I lve the Bryant Park too and the park will be even better with this beauty!

Finally cranes and steel, now it really starts after a very long time looking in a hole with not much happening...

It's only been a few days.

IMO this tower'll look great on completion. I like the way it still fits in well even with its weird shape

You know, right about now, a shot from a window in the Conde Nast building would be awsume.!!! Looking into the hole, at the basement framing, and the operations taking place, to bring this one out of the ground, would be spactacular.

This is going to be a very interesting framing system, i can hardly contain my excitement with this one.!!!

I like the design

The design looks great, but the one thing that could be improved is not having the facade extending so far above the actual roof. I can see the need for antenna's, but not that high of a facade extension.

The design of the facade extension is nice, but I think it should be much shorter. Better yet, just make the roof where the diamond shaped opening is now. Like have a diamond shaped, angled plane (as in the current design for the extended facade) be the roof, with antenna mounted through it. This would give the building more height and better looks!

WOW...this is an amazing project. It will be one of NYC's best imo. Glad to see that the NYC skyline is still transforming and proving it is one of the greatest skylines in the world
