I'm afraid not... This whole thing just materialized over the past half year... I don't remember anything like that back in September 2004...

I think something like this happen in Hong Kong.
Over 50 floors. O_O

I have a question about such buildings. Can you enter them ( after construction of course) go to the top floor and make nice skyline pics ?

no definitely you can't because they're private apartment blocks so there'll be security gates even around the outer perimeter of the estate.

even people living in the building cannot get access to the roof top because only those who own the rooftop garden can go up there which would usually mean those who live in the apartment on the highest level (penthouse maybe).

Wow, brand new buildings? I've never heard of this development before. I love their height and the way they add density to Hong Kong.

When are they supposed to be finished?
