A little average building, although the base is quite good. Don't know how the base fits in with its surroundings though! And the sign at the top has got to go! 6/10.

This building has a great glass facade with a lsightly rounded base and a square base, which I think is quite unique. The signage at the top of this tower really does nothing for this building and should be taken off.
