Make sure to wipe your eyes clean before watching Dubai skyline.

great variety, diversity, very different crowns and excellent mixture of concrete, glass, old school.

DUBAI is 2nd best only to NYC. Its an oasis in the desert. Great "megatall" "supertall" height

Worlds tallest Block + Worlds Tallest tower can never ever be 4th or 5th let alone 7th or 8th.

#1 NYC.

#2 DUBAI.

Rest of them including HK are playing catch up.

Dubai is too two dimensional and gimmicky . If not for the tall towers, I wouldn't even put it in the top ten. Furthermore, many towers are starting to look dated.

Dubai might have supertalls but their architecture is mediocre at best with the exception of few.During daytime where architecture really plays the role compare during the night time,Dubai's building architecture looks outdated. And by outdated I mean it's as though it was done at a low budget which in reality isn't.Same with HK.Outside of central HK,many of the residential buildings are torn and poorly maintained.

NY is still the undisputed champion in my book.London skyline is 2nd in my book just because it combines old and new architecture.Plus central london is about to boom with contruction on its way.Singapore skyline is underrated though.Singapore is filled with glassy buildings galore.

Tokyo imo has the best architecture in modern buildings.Their attention to detail is amazing me even with their low rise buildings.

Or any gridded city with skyscrapers? Like Johanesburg? San Francisco? Tokyo? Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbans, etc
