Lantern Festival: the Celebration of Buddha's Birthday in Seoul



















These pix are the festival on May 12 2002. This year's Buddha's Birthday is coming soon. Could you share the pix of Buddha's Birthday celebration in your cities?

we dont have celebrations of buddha's birthday (or i am not aware of ) but we celebrate Confucius' birthday.

I can't see the pix for now, but anyway, I think we also celebrate Confucius's birthday too, just not to the extent of that for Buddha and Christ.

i think Confucius is 2 years older than Buddha :P
