That's a really cool, never seen before design
 The cladding is superb, mechanical floors are perfectly integrated, and yeah, that spire is definitely so cool 9. |

6.5/10 - Not too bad; The white trim nicely sets off the shiny-shiny blue curtain wall, the white strips flowing up the sides give it good height, and the white spandrels provide more contrast.
BUT...while I appreciate the effort to avoid yet another flat roof, I'm not completely sure about that spire or whatever....
