Modern Examples of Art-Deco Buildings in Your City

WE have a few in Toronto:

Residences @ College Park, 52s 515 ft. U/C 45s
It's not your average art-deco tower but the developer calls it "art deco inspiried steel and glass tower".

The Uptown Residences 48s 514 ft. Approved/Sales:

West Harbour City Approved/Sales 36s

One Park Tower, Approved/Sales 38s
Being built in Mississauga, a suburb of Toronto

West Harbor looks a bit like the NBC Tower in Chicago. It is itself inspired by 30 Rockefeller Center.

it doesnt strike me as art-deco, but it has the classic massing of those art-deco era skyscrapers: base, shaft, and crown.

many of those aren`t in arte déco. I can see post-modern buildings and a post modern "neo art-deco" style!
