but partially occupied - yes
There is a lot of space in both buildings that hasn't been sold or rented yet, so any occupation will only be partial regardless of internal finishing or not.

Definitely, when they'll finish 'Mercury', 'Federation' and 'Imperia' towers, it will look 10 times better in my honest opinion. Mercury (380m supertall), wow, coupled with Federation (360m roof, 506m spire) and maybe even 'City Hall and City Duma' (308m x4). Damn... 5+ Supertalls right there (not counting some towers who's on hold) in this amazing cluster.

CTBUH says 302 meters for Moscow Tower and 257 meters for St. Petersburg Tower. Is this correct, or are the heights adjusted?

Moscow really is making me proud to live in Europe, with a skyline like this we're showing the world just what Europe is capable of! Go Moscow!

wow dude you cant stop the weather! only weather itself can stop weather! over here in washington, weather in south america (el nino) is going to make for very low levels of precipitation here as well as higher temperatures this winter, whereas last year it was la nina and we got a shitload of snow.

I don't know CTBUH sources and how old they are, but heights in thread title are latest we know so far. They are about year old.
