Well the bright side is that they've completed the structure of the building. Most of the builders just leave a structure in the middle but these guys completed the structure despite having insufficient funds.

CONGRATS... WORK IS STARTING ON PACE TOWERS.... After a long Pause.... Management is serious this time.. n replanning of some modifications in the design are being done... some floors will aqlso be covering the Shopping mall Area, Corporate offices, service floors n the Appartments.... ;-)

What is your source for saying the work will begin again soon and that there have been some design changes? Sounds like rumor and not fact.

"Management is serious this time"
hmmmm, they were not serious last time when they collected hundreds of millions of rupees from buyers? Are you suggesting it was a fraud before but now they are "serious." Not exactly a ringing endorsement of Pace Towers.

The original design did not allow for a shopping mall to be located in this tower. The architect told me that they wanted the building to be residential and did not want shops. He told me directly they did not want Pace to be like Boulevard Heights that was going to have several floors of a shopping mall.

I liked that Pace was going to be for residents only, outside of an upscale restaurant on the top floor and a few offices. Shops bring in riff-raff off the streets. Sounds like the rumor mill is whirling.

haha i was not in the rickshaw lol. i found this pic in an other forum i thought because all of u where discussing so much about the design i thought ill just find a pic.

But NO this pic is not old it is quit new mybe the building is standing still since 6 months.

Construction team has arrived on the site..!! Yes shopping mall has been incorporated on LG,UG,M floors with slight modifications as escallators will be introduced.

"Management is serious" as there was unstability of overall market situation, structural work is complete, and finishing is in progress.

LG-4th Floor there will be centralised HVAC system, and from 5-21 floors there will be VRV HVAC system.

Slight modifications have been done in interiors, curtain wall and shopping Mall area.
