i got the brochure already coming from tomorrow onwards!(the brochure just arrived this wed)

this is the old rendering of Setiabudi right?(from Emporis.com) but it said Built and I have never seen it before. Emporis ngebingungin

if it is than it looks way better

too bad those mega projects changed alooooooooot cos of the 97 crisis

But still I like the new one better

Investasi Menarik di Lokasi Strategis

JAKARTA – Menyusul pengembangan kawasan Setiabudi di Jakarta Pusat, PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) meluncurkan Setiabudi Residence, sebuah apartemen strata title untuk kalangan menengah atas (medium upper). Ini merupakan langkah awal dari rencana besar JSI membangun kawasan terpadu Komplek Mega Setiabudi. Pasalnya, di kawasan yang sama telah berdiri properti berkelas seperti entertainment center Setiabudi Building 1 dan 2, Setiabudi Atrium, Apartemen Setiabudi dan Apartemen Kuningan. Bahkan di masa mendatang direncanakan dibangun hotel dan perkantoran.
Setiabudi Residence berlokasi di area yang sebelumnya dipakai sebagai lahan parkir Setiabudi Building di Jl.HR Rasuna Said. Pembangunan dimulai awal tahun 2005 dengan menggandeng Shimizu (Jepang) sebagai kontraktor utama.
Menurut Ryan Adrian, General Manager Marketing JSI, Setiabudi Residence terdiri dari dua tower berbentuk huruf L dengan total unit sebanyak 300 unit apartemen, mulai dari ukuran 82 meter persegi hingga 149 meter persegi.
“Target pasar kami ada tiga yaitu eksekutif dan profesional, para pensiunan dan company atau institusi. Dari ketiga segmen ini kami targetkan 50 persen dari eksekutif dan profesional, 25 persen pensiunan dan sisanya dari institusi,“ jelas Ryan.
Demi menyesuaikan fasilitas yang ada dengan market yang dibidik, Setiabudi Residence katanya, menyediakan sky lounge di lantai paling atas. Di situ akan dibangun beragam fasilitas seperti gymnasium, kolam renang, treatment counter, pub & lounge, meeting room dan lainnya. Dengan adanya sky lounge diharapkan penghuni mendapatkan kemewahan.
Ryan menambahkan, Setiabudi Residence direncanakan dibangun dalam 27 lantai ditambah tiga lantai basement. Menilik lokasi yang strategis dan fasilitas yang ada, pembeli Setiabudi Residence mendapat pilihan investasi yang cukup menarik. (rvs)
