I voted for Oslo, Geneve and Zurich. but my favourites are Basel (Switzerland) and Bergen (Norway), for sure.

For me Moscow, Istanbul and St. Petersburg are very impressive. Oslo is a cool town and I just have to vote for Geneva and Zurich - the first for it's intarnational importance and beautiful setting and the latter for the romantic old town and cultural/subcultural life
