I with you on the roof element. Those hats are very 2004 (like Q1). 84 stories would have a lot of us peeing our pants with excitement!!! (metaphorically speaking, of course).

I like it. I like it a lot. I'm especially impressed with the size of Signature--height and girth. I can't take this.

Phallic isn't it. Are Be always called it the ***** tower.

Maybe it will also have special warm by night lighting on the tip.

I think that was "***** tower" - It's as if the architect found something his wife bought at the sex shop and got motivated and inspired--- motivated and inspired to draw a condo tower....

Here's some images I found of Signature. The architect is from Vancouver (same guy that designed Wall Centre). But really, with such a prominent location and height, I wish Concord would hold an international competition for this building.

Not there's anything really wrong with it but there's nothing really special about it either.

I count 63 floors on Signature, but those renderings could be out of date or they may decide to go higher closer to it's development/sales.

Also, this isn't the overly falic rendering. The initial rendering of Signature, now that was a splinting image ignoring the colours they chose.

Yes!! An international competition would be just what the doctor ordered. Would
be nice to see something other than the regular look.

An international competition would be awesome, but only if the contestants were required to maintain the ***** theme. I'm envisioning a purple lit roof element and a waterfountain on the roof.

Maybe build a couple of these at the base?
