Casa del Mar at Dubai Marina is one of two residential Towers being marketed by SVG Property and DEYAAR.

Casa del Mar consists of one bedroom, two beroom and two/three bedroom duplex and villas.

Very sketchy at the moment.

Add shows ARCH Group as the designers, marketed by Deyaar and promoted by SVG Property.
Maybe there will be an article in tomorrows newspaper

btw did ARCH GROUP design the Green Lakes at JLT.....the design of the Casa's is similar, don't you agree?

the logo is too fancy doesn't go alone with the buildings... the buildings are just too plain they should decorate them more like the rest of the high-rises in dubai don't you think so? thats my opinion.

How about roman colums at the bottom, then great big red stripes down the building. how about a blue glass facade, littered with concrete balconies

plot 392 is the enite area (called marsa Dubai) and the buildings plots are refered to as blocks ie 190, 210 etc
