mmm it's a nice airport but does look a bit dull at the moment.
yes, i think it'd be much better if they use carpet for the waiting lounge... now doesn't look too comfortable.. and seems like there's an overplay of exposed concrete.

Nice airport. Hopefully a few touches like carpet and plants will make it a bit more comfortable for passengers.

i think the world's largest single passenger terminal building is disputable. HK's figure is showing 570000, a bit higher than 56 something. Beijing also claim their new terminal will be bigger than hk's.

I still think this new Bangkok airport will be the largest terminal. Hong Kong one is the largest terminal with a "single roof" but size wise it will be smaller.
Beijing claims that when its Terminal 3 is completed in 2008 it will be the largest in the world. So we will have to see its too early to tell.
