Should be really considered topped out? True the concrete is done but there is a massive steel roof feature underway, topped by a spire and none of these two are completed.

I agree - while one crane has gone, the second one is building that significant roof now.
From the distance it's difficult to tell, whether AAM Tower has topped out actually or not:

Imre has taken this pic from JLT (Seef Twintowers, I think), and put it in the Burj Dubai thread, but I think it belongs here as well:
AAM Tower is ruling on that pano, together with the Al Kazim Twins. This massive tower appears to me almost 200m tall already,
and should still continue, if the roof hasn't been cut, compared to the rendering.
On the other hand, the spire mentionned by Altin D is missing there.

So does anybody of you have infos about the final height now?
