Kalo menurut gue sih yg harga per unitnya 400jt sampe dibawah 1M kayak Sudirman Park.

I dont know the effect to the number population in Jakarta, some buyers are just investing their money not end-users.

i seriously hope ppl are not going to flock to jakarta...it's already populated...
jakarta should consider building an amusement park (A NICE ONE) ...and they should have six flags in jakarta

yeaH!! ryochan,, i've been thinking about new amusement park too! cuz korea, hongkong they just built disneyland and that's really cool,. kids here will surely love disneyland or even just any amusement park,,

jakarta is already so overpopulated,, but i dont mind people from small places cuz it might increase their standard of living isnt it rite? and they might get more income by working in jakarta.. plus hopefully some of those people are investors ehehehe
