This is beautiful thread - comparatively smaller project (for world forums) is well presented, with good name of thread
I like this project. Regarding price comparisons - in Riga the flat in upper floors of highrise would cost some 0,7 mio EUR if built outside centrum and some 1.5 - 2 mio EUR, if in centrum.

Very nice, especially for a residential building.

$300k isn't bad at all for a condo of that size and location.
