Like the 2 in front but as I'm sure someone else will say the 2 in behind look, well... a bit Emaarish

Aswell they look too similar to a lot of towers in the area. Maybe if they changed the colours

Bland. They could be confused for the Resideces or Majara, all look the same.

most of the people who buy them [speculators] probably wouldnt even bother looking. but wait for the look on their face in 18 months time when they realise that emmar have decived them and every bedroom is 1x2 metres...

muhuahuahuauhahuauha.

btw, apparently the other day it was sort of confirmed that if you have bought a house in dubai you dont officialy own it. you own the building, but not the land. so if your house burns down....tough shit. emmar can build a new one on the plot and sell it to somone else!

======ive looked and looked but i cant find the article were i read it

Well part of living in the Arabian Ranches is a lifestyle steeped in mystery. You never know when your house is going to be burned down

But what about insurance?? All these units should be under some sort of insurance, isn't it!!!

I have seen an Emaar contract. The only insurance is life insurance for the buyer (a must), the contract basically says a year after handing over the unit to you they are not obligated to do any maintenance to the unit and its up to you. That is why any one who owns an emaar house should start selling their house a MAX of 5 years later before it starts degrading in value.

I wonder, I just wonder if this semi circular plot on the west bank is Park Island?
