Is there any more info about the possible two big ones in the first pic? And where is that pic in relation to the CITIC Plaza?

Its south of the citic plaza, from what i have heard they are gonna build the western tower first, and after a while the eastern tower is supposed to follow. if i remember correctly they have choosen a design for the "twins" and its not the one that is in the first render
