Kayseri is going to be a wonderful city in a few years time
Tramway, new stadium, new square etc...All it needs now is some skyscrapers

No, it is not in Istanbul.
It is in Kayseri, an eastern Central-Anatolian city.  For rail map of Istanbul see; http://www.istanbul-ulasim.com.tr/de...d=2&sayfa_id=3 it is in Turkish. Dashed lines show u/c & project.
