Zhongtian International Mansion
Urumqi - China

New tallest for Urumqi. The tower, which looks extremly a lot like Liberty Place in Philadelphia is 200 meters tall on topp of the spire. The roof soar 185 meres above ground. Construction started in 2000, and is expected to be completed in 2005.

Wow - Urumqi's in the middle of bloody nowhere. Nice building, though it looks a lot like 2Pru as well
