Excellent read of projects going on in Liverpool.

Some others such as:-
  • Gloucester Place Apartment block completed, Low Hill, Developer Braidwater.
  • Prince William pub and surroundings on Moss Street/London Road.
  • Elysian Fields Colquitt Street Developer Illiad, (Ropewalks)
  • Former NCP car park Duke Street
  • For the future Windsor developments £1Bn Baltic Triangle.

Excellent summary and good work with the photo gallery, I really think that post deserved to be sticky as well. Keep up the good work Martin.

Juxtapol,

Thanks for the development list. I realise there are a few developments that need adding and hope to get round to it soon. Sometimes I haven't added a development because there is no rendering.

Red Scouser

My idea with the photo gallery is to link to it from the Development Summary so it doesn't matter if it slips down the pages. I will also link to it from my signature.

The Mancs attempted a picture thread but I think they gave up, they said your thread was just a way to increase the post count!

I haven't advertised it much as I've only managed to include four developments so far but it can be found at the link below.

Martin, just viewed your Picture Gallery, only one word describes it.......

SUPERB

What have you started here? With all the other major schemes about to kick off together with regular updates, you had better give up your day job and become our full time archivist

Many thanks must also go to our happy band of "clickers", excellent bunch of photos boys, keep up the good work.

You're not joking Woody. It is becoming like a full time job and explains why I haven't been posting much on the forums recently. Doesn't help that I'm still using a dial up connection and a stone age computer.

My idea is to add roughly one photograph per development per month, to show how the sites are changing. Very difficult sometimes as we have some excellent photographers on the Liverpool forum and I have to be very selective.

Yes Martin this must be your biggest headache, which photo to choose ,from an array of wonderful shots, still nice problem to wrestle with but very time consuming. Excellent new thread charting the rise of the new Liverpool, will call back in 3 years time to see how you are doing

Martin, you do a great job with your summaries. Do you know what the block is that's appearing at the back of the Baltic Fleet? Also, there are two service towers to the left of that building, visible from Paradise Street Car Park. Don't say we don't keep you busy!

It would be great if it's ever built but sadly I doubt it will.

That's Chandlers Wharf, see picture above in Martins update, which does seem to be going slowly.

It will when a large crane appears on site. I like the scale of this building, and think it will look impressive. The strand can take more of this size of development along it's route, and hopefully create wider pavements and more people activity.
