A building of 9 floors is by no means a scyscraper.
It looks plain but new of course , nothing special about it besides what you just said.

So this Tirana suburb project of 4 buildings combined in one (18 floors each) would be considered a superscyscraper , right?

yh it looks massive but in kosova theres about 3 skyscrapers that are 20 floors , tirana has started time ago to build ones but i can assure you prishtinas plans are to be a metropol and skyscrapers will be popping

What Prishtina needs most besides improving its poor infrastructure and bad city structure , it needs parks , greenery is a must in Prishtina.
You guys need a masterplan for the city , you need to make Prishtina look like a capital city because right now it looks pretty messed up.
I feel bad to be honest when i hear comments about how shitty the city looks so you need to start moving up a little.

this project was started 2002/3 , its impressive its called ITALIA CITY located south of prishtina in lipjan has a big shopping mall , italian luxury villas , apartments and business offices the pictures are very limited so ill try and get as much as possible

prishtina will become better bit by bit we have germia park which also has a swimming pool , cause the funds are limited but investments are coming

yh i told you , projects keep popping up the contruction industry is the biggest in kosova try and find the ptk (post and telecommunications)building its the most biggest and modern skyscraper in kosova

yes those they were renovated straight after the war , prishtina gets 93% of the municipalities budget so they have the money for refurbishment , cleaning the streets , schools , businesses . theres over 40,000 construction companies

the big building in the middle is the youth and sports center , it has a shopping mall and where prishtinas basketball team play 4,000 capacity , it also has a conference hall
