It sais 232m on ssp and emporis, but on the same pages it sais that the tower has 52 floors. However, on the architects homepage it sais the the tower is 62 floors.

Christian, some of your info is different compared to the info on the Architecture firm website.

Mixed-Use Development
8-story retail podium
4,500,000 sf (418,050 sqm) total

Phase 1
25-story office and 500-key hotel
28-story apartment and condominium

Phase 2
62-story office and serviced apartments

Is you info more recent?

You may have noticed I have been posting a lot of questions on your threads. I am doing so becaue I am working on the World's Best Skylines and the World's Tallest Building's List so I'm just trying to figure out all the latest info on china's construction boom.

Yes i saw that info, but i got confused when i counting the floors on the renderings. They are not 25 and 28 floors tall, however, on the site they may be refering to a part of the building which is the part above the shopping mall, which is 8 floor tall.

It seems that the design of the tallest tower has changed from the 1st render (day view) to the 2nd one (night view). Possibly it has been scaled down. Phase 1 reminds me a lot of KL's Berjaya Times Square. Let's just hope this one will be faster to complete
