un piso normal donde? en ese edificio sí está a 3000 dólares el m2.. es decir que un depto de 250 m2 estará a 750.000 dólares.

Estos son los precios promedio en las distintas zonas más lindas de BA:

Puerto Madero: $2190
Recoleta: $2000
Retiro: $2000
Palermo: $1690
Belgrano: $1519
