well its being made in DHA, which is in pindi, but due to the greed of the army they lie and say its islamabad and even call it DHAI. but the real location is in rawalpindi.

its right next to bahria town, which clearly states bahria town rawalpindi and next to it you have DHA islamabad, so they are just lieing.

you can see from this picture, islamabad is in the north, rawalpindi is under it and bahira town and DHA and is under pindi.

Agents are saying because this is an off plan development expect 30% rise by the time of completion. They say 30% min as its in Islamabad. If its not in islamabad I cant see such a rise.

DHA1 and DHA1 ext is in Rawalpindi but DHA ll and DHA ll Ext is in Islamabad

if you look at this map inside red line is all islamabad, dha ll is in islamabad, if you mean from central islamabad yes it about 10 miles away

I guess this could explain why the Goldcrest tower prices are cheaper than Margalla towers as its quite far away from the center of Islamabad. Do you think the agents are being over optimistic when they say they anticipate prices to rise by 30% when complete on this tower ?

Having checked with the locals and the property consultants in pakistan they claim this project is in Islamabad not pindi. Howeverone thing which is misleading is from the presentation of the DVD it shows real good MARGALLA HILL VIEWS but clearly as somebody said on this forum not going to get much views of the Margalla as they are quite far away around 30 miles.

From the DVD this looks a stunning project but there are mixed views on this project in the market.

Got it sent by Goldcrest themselves.

I have to say they spend alot of money on there DVD's. There dvd's for dubai projects is great and this one for islamabad excellent also.

well last month i went by the site.....there was no signs of cranes or machinery near the site office......i cant be sure abt after that...

Any sign boards up on the construction site yet ? or is it still empty.

Are they waiting to tatally sell the project before they start construction that there has been no action so far.
