What do they do with so many hotels? Are they really full? Do so many tourists come?

Belek is full of these hotels, I've been to Belek 2 times, they are too classy. Kuvvaci, as far as I know they are functioning in full capacity.
But I don't recommend you to go Belek in July, because as it is located in shore-side plains of Antalya, it will be too hot and moisture level will be too high. I guess best time for Belek is June or late August. Visiting Kemer or Bodrum is better in July, because they have less moisture even they are also hot, as an effect of the surrounding hills and mountains.

Havuz basi cok kalabalikmis, 5 yildizli ortamlarin bu kalabaligi biraz bogucu oluyor. Butik oteller daha eglenceli gibi. Az kisi, kaynasim, paylasim, rahat guneslenme.. O havuza 20 kisinin birden girdigini dusunun... Yine de bu tip tatilleri sevenler icin enteresan bir konsept olmus.
