Mid Town area is going to be an area with high density of skyscrapers just like Shinjuku or Chuo-ku?

If there is just only this complex, this area would not be like Shinjuku for sure. There has to be more projects and of course, lands are rarely available now in the area, right?

Yes, I think that area has not so many buildings...even it is located in the middle of tokyo downtown.

this tower is a monster. that is beyond thick. its so oppressing to everything around it. will look better once more projects spring up in the vicinity. how much office space does it offer?

I completly agree with you!! but the land in that area is soooo expensive..maybe they have some project on track but we don t know yet!
