Fantastic wonderful landscaping rejuvination! With proper landscaping you can make almost anything look good, and bad landscaping can make nice things look bad. If this keeps up thoughout the next few decades there will be pretty much no trace of communist neglect remaining in Poland.

I like that they fit the new window frames into the colour scheme too. It's really easy to forget how important it is to get the frames right. They are the eyes of a building.

Yeah, in Argentina you will find thousands of similar examples. Even here in Quilmes there are lots. The problem is that these cities have commercial areas that are growing and expanding, then they begin to "eat" some buildings to adapt them to new urban characteristics (in the past were only residential areas with few shops). This is good, considering that in most cases the old buildings (usually houses) are demolished. We have lost much of our architectural and historical heritage in pursuit of "development".
