The last "potem" from Ljubljana could have used a more subtle colour scheme!

I think those are the original colours.

Yeah, the colours don't look particularly saturated to me. The tree is a pretty good indicator of colour accuracy.

It's amazing how narrow these residential streets are in Palermo, and how tall the house walls are.

Probably you know that the government of Argentina is ultra corrupt.
Between 2005 and 2007 I studied in one of the best public schools in my city. That school looked like a new one. But in recent years, no one took care of its maintenance (this is exclusively the responsibility of the provincial and municipal governments) and so looked in 2014:

This led to the school authorities to ask for help to repair it. Finally the government decided to do so and now looks like this:

Not surprisingly, the school was renovated in an electoral year. That seems to be the only time things get done...

I saw that building during my visit to Rotterdam last weekend, it looked quite stunning from the outside. Certainly looks way better than the original building.

The second picture (with the blue building) is located across the street from a nice bar I like to go to in Wroclaw. I know my friends and I commented on how nicely restored those buildings were over cocktails.

Sorry, I don't live in Europe and the slogan of the thread is to "post info about urban revitalization in Your (our) cities", so I'm posting photos of my city. I understand if you don't like it, but not for that reason I have to stop. I'm just respecting the slogan of this thread.

Anyway, as I don't want to come into conflict, I will focus in 'better' cases. As for the photos, whenever I can, I post good quality. Only when I can't find good images, I have to turn to low quality photos or Street View.

PS: And I don't think that the last one or the bridge are bad projects. Here are posts of common buildings which are just a simple paint job and nobody said anything about it.
