I'm very surprised to see almost no red roofs in Krakov. Is it mainly copper, or what is it?

We won't see red roofs in Krakow very soon This is mainly copper or worst - a roofing felt (((( Nobody cares for it - this is the truth.
I still have dreams about Krakow looking like Prague or Vilnius from the air...

The EE is rolling.

I'm so happy to see such a revival. The EE has been waiting for this for half a century. The good thing is that it's not just facades but the whole society, its economy, its cities, towns and villages. The EE will kick ass in 20 years...

don't be such pessimist

EE is doing best after WE and USA and Japan so EE is already kicking here

-in terms of FDI (second after China BUT with half of population!), open economies, tackle corruptions, rebuilding + building and upgrade infrastructures, education, tackling poverty, decrease crime, freedom principles , implementing democracy, good environmental records etc etc.....

As the history of Liberecky region is history of textile industry, there's a lot to renovate or revitalize.. like this old factory in Semily, small town in the mountains few years ago, which now serves for town officers..

Hejnice, small village N of Liberec:

Wow, Poles sure love to reconstruct!
In Germany every tiny reconstruction is argued over for ages...

^ Are you talking about the Saxon Palace? Why was it cancelled?
I thought it'd be a definite reconstruction project

Mostly due to budget cuts for second metro line, it's "on hold" for unknown time to be precise...
