You've posted some good examples, but in this case, it's better to say gothic revival, or neogothic cathedral, since it was rebuild pretty much in the beginning of 20th century.
Of course it was gothic before, with baroque chaples, but the process of regothisation had much influence, and it looks more gothic revival than a true medieval gothic today.

Here is Bydgoszcz, Poland (Mill Island revitalization, well maybe not revitalization in a true sense as most buildings are new).









In foreground you can see a new theater/opera (?) if I am not mistaken





When they finish revitalization of 'canals" section the whole area will look great.

The architectural element behind the gable of this building is unusual. I have never seen it before.
It seems kind of awkward looking from this angle. I'm guessing that it wasn't meant to be seen from the street.
