I love Poland for it's reconstructions But does anybody knows when they are going to reconstruct the Kneiphof in Kaliningrad? I heard they have plans for that but don't know when they are going to start with it......

it's not a reconstruction, but still a major aesthetic improvement.

It's a matter of personal taste, of course. I think the color has been chosen well, as it enlivens the red brick elevation.

Poland continues to amaze - the Phoenix of Europe.
The buildings look almost too perfect but fortunately they will soon weather and take on a wonderful look that a bit of age will bring.

The only minor remark from my side is that overall I'm not terribly fond of using flashy colours on townhouse elevations, e.g. like the green paint on this facade:
