South Street Landing-Providence RI, USA

After attempts to turn an old Power Station in Providence into a Museum,Hotel, and mixed use stalled after the Great Recession, the state finally stepped in due to the importance of bringing foot traffic into this district as they look to bolster the land vacated by the relocation of I-195. The goal is to reconnect Downtown with thee Jewelry District or Knowledge District (How their trying to market it). Brown's medical school moved into some repurposed buildings across the street from this new project a few years ago. Anyway, the goal of this project is to repurpose this abandoned gutted Power Plant into Academic space; including a new RIC/URI Nursing School, as well as relocated administrative office space for Brown University. Giving Brown the opportunity for "Core Academic" developments closer to their campus crosstown.
Now:

Ca' Da Mosto, Venice, 13th century

Ca' Da Mosto is one of the oldest buildings on the Grand Canal in Venice (Italy).
It was built in 13th century. The first two floors are a perfect example of Byzantine architecture in Venice.

Check out my thread of the restoration on the Baltimore Washington Monument. During the restoration two time capsules have been found one is 100 years old from 1915 and the other 200 years old from 1815.
