Its great that Sydneys western suburbs can have a large second CBD, im dissapointed that when i lived in Erskine Park I never toook much notice of Parra

Built in 1883 and Parramatta Council still meets here.

Which reminds me - much current effort is going into building Parra up around the station/Westfield precinct - but would people rather see more work on building up around the River? Some mediums to talls along the River and some development on the north side?

There are some 12 storey apartment towers planned for the northern side of Parramatta though they are scattered. Entrada is very big medium density development.

in the first post from 2005 it says that 35k ppl work in parra and that is expected to double in the next few yrs, has that happened yet?
