Habla inglés por favor.

The SPIEGEL headquarter looks beautiful, but I don't like those 'Waterfront Towers' - they look like boxes on poles. And what's the idea with the diagonal stripes?

I'd take this Hafencity development over Dubai anyday. It looks fabulous!

Lucky luke , thanks for the Infos .You posted the link above of the ueberseequartier , the pics and renders of the buildings changed in recent weeks 2 times . The eggeraat pics of the waterfront-towers are probably old and a little dark , but if you click on " buildings" of the ueberseequatier - page you will see a new white version of this towers. This particular waterfront quai will later consist of the spectacular cruise-center / hotel building , the waterfront -towers and finally the unique science-center ( from west to east ) and later be called the " Chicago-Kai " ( quai ) .

I'm not a big fan of the Waterfront Towers either, but I really like brick buildings and all these new ones are great... not to mention the "classics", of course. I like the Cruise Terminal as well.

Anyway, when all these projects are ready, including the Elbe Philharmonic Hall, Hamburg will attract lots of tourists... including me

Very nice high quality construction. My favorite project in Germany right now. I really like the brick facades. Looks very urban and will age well.

Waxo Khana , you have exactly my taste , this 3 U/C are currently the best.
In the near future I would add Arabica , cruise-center / Hotel , Science-center , the high-rise next to the HC - university and Spiegel - HQ .

Great waterfront architecture.. all those projects look so promising. Der Spiegel headquarters will be quite a knockout.

the new Spiegel HQ will have a kind of a large video screen (60 m x 40 m ) or (180 ft x 120 ft) on the outside for Spiegel news , world news and others .
